SDZ jam is SDZ's very own internal competition. It has two parts; showcase competition for the Modern and a 2v2 battle for the BBoy and HipHop genres.

 

As for the showcase competition, the moderners will come together to put up a choreo for the alumni to judge.

 

For the battle, the pairs will be made up of 1 bboy and 1 hiphopper, 1 senior and 1 junior

( either bboy senior + hip hop junior or hip hop senior + bboy junior )

 

This event is for the club to try out something new, and to step out of their comfort zone. It's a stepping stone within the club for them to experience the dance community's events outside of SDZ, to give them a taste of what it's like. And what better way to try out something new than with people you know.
